Q: Will this thing work on a completely drained battery?

A: Yes, you will able to start up the car. But if you battery can't deposit the electricity, you will need to replace your battery. 

Q: Does it only charge via usb cable? what type of usb cable? micro/mini/lightening....?

A: It takes a regular usb cable and the other end of cable can be anything you want micro, mini,lightening. This booster has a lot of power I love it I will never carry cables again. It also chargers up with a micro and usb cable. 

Q: Does this come with a case?

A: Yes, it comes with a bag.

Q: Can I sent to oversea by airplane? like Japan or Korea.

A: Please check with the airline. Transporting lithium ion batteries overseas is often restricted depending upon mode of transportation and other factors.
